Many of you probably already know them, but today in our blog we want to talk to you about the surveys our customers so kindly answered both after the information they have received and after treatment.
For Depilación Láser Canarias the answers to these few and simple questions are fundamental, because they help us to know ourselves better. Thanks to these we can detect the areas where we have not payed close enough attention, thus achieving a healthy and rewarding exercise of self-criticism, indispensable in continuing to improve every day as it allows us to rectify what we were not doing sufficiently well.
One of these surveys, which we call “Satisfaction Survey. Information”, is given to our customers the first time they come to our clinic, after receiving from our team the information requested. Answering this questionnaire takes just a few minutes, but for us the answers are “gold”, telling us the degree of user satisfaction. For each question there are multiple answers thus saving our customers’ time. In this way, we get to know how you discovered us, how you rate the friendliness with which you have been received and the quality of information given (two very important aspects for us), if your doubts about laser depilation have been clarified and the possibility of taking a treatment session with us. Finally there is a section where you may include your comments and suggestions, all with the ultimate aim of improving our service to you.
The second is called “Satisfaction Survey. Treatment” and comes after our clients receive their depilation sessions. Logically, this has a greater number of questions, but we also include multiple answers to make the questionnaire easier. As in the previous survey, every one of the answers are measured and analysed to gain a more comprehensive level of satisfaction so we can correct any problems that our customers tell us. In this questionnaire we asked how they rate the depilation sessions, the punctuality, the friendliness of the staff (both administrative and medical), if any skin problem have occurred after the session, if there have been any large areas where the hair has not been removed, the results obtained, whether they would recommend Depilación Láser Canarias to others and, finally, a section on comments and suggestions.
Both surveys are completed by our customers on an iPad, which allows greater comfort for the user and effectiveness for us when we download and analyse the answers.
